Web and Email Hosting:
RHCnetworks.com does not do any hosting of web or email but it's currently being hosted with http://www.sharkspace.com for the last year and will be renewed for years to come - they are the best host that i've used to date.
My last couple of hosts, I won't say the names, would respond within 24 hours if you were lucky, and server uptime was hit and miss to say the least - never knew when it would come back online. I don't like hurry up and wait situations. The host I was with before that I won't even talk about.
Every host has problems, it's impossible to keep everything running all the time - hardware fails, drives get filled or go corrupt - but like anything, it's how problems are dealt with. http://sharkspace.com has a 24 hour help line - i've had to call a few times and have never waited more than 5 minute for a response and that would be at 2 am - generally someone is on the phone right away. Email support is great - very quick response times and the support staff tells it like it is. They say what problems they are having and will do what it takes to help.
If your current host isn't providing the service you deserve, I highly recommend contacting sharkspace for your needs.
